Refund policy

By submitting an inquiry through Velina Moda, you accept the terms outlined below. These agreements apply to orders within the United Kingdom and are designed to ensure you clearly understand our return and refund policies.

30 Day Return Window

Return Period: 30 days from the date you receive your complete order

Eligibility Requirements

Your product must meet the following conditions to qualify for a return:

  • Be in good condition (new or slightly used)
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Show no signs of excessive wear, damage, or missing parts (unless caused by our error)
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
Note: Returns requested after 30 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Valid Return Reasons

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Damaged product
  • Incorrect product received
  • Size issue
  • Fit issue

How to Return Your Order

For Voluntary Returns (change of mind, wrong size, etc.):

  1. Download and print our Return Form (Velina Moda form can be added later).
  2. Complete the form and include it inside your return package.
  3. Email us at info@velinamoda.com to initiate your return and receive instructions.
  4. Ship the package using a trackable method of your choice.
  5. Send the tracking number to info@velinamoda.com once shipped.

For Defective or Incorrect Items:

We will provide a prepaid return label at no charge to you.

Shipping Cost Responsibility

  • Defective or incorrect items: We cover all return shipping costs.
  • Voluntary returns or exchanges: Customer pays actual return shipping costs.

Return Method

Products must be returned by post. In-store or kiosk returns are not available.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us right away if your product is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for products with the following issues:

  • Damaged or defective
  • Incorrect item received
  • Incorrect size

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be:

  • Automatically processed to your original payment method
  • Completed within 5 business days
  • Subject to your bank or credit card company’s processing time

We do not charge a restock fee for returns.
