  • Velina Moda currently only ships to the United Kingdom.
  • We offer free shipping on all products nationwide.

  • To ensure fast and reliable shipping, we partner with Royal Mail.

Processing Time

  • Order processing begins on the day the order is placed.
  • Processing time usually takes 2–3 business days.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off (12:00 AM GMT) will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time

  • Once the order is processed and dispatched, shipping time is estimated at 2–5 business days.
  • Shipping time may vary depending on your location.
  • Note: Holidays may affect delivery times as carriers may have reduced operations.

Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time is 3–8 business days (including processing and shipping time) from the day the order is placed.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Shipping Address Change

  • We cannot change the delivery address after the package has been shipped.
  • If you wish to change your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@velinamoda.com.

Order Cancellation

  • We can accept cancellations as long as the order has not yet been shipped.
  • For orders that have already been shipped, our 30-day return policy applies. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for more details.

Unexpected Delays

Delivery may take longer than the standard times listed above. If your package is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, contact us — we'll help resolve the issue to the extent possible.

Damaged Packages
