Important Information
- 30 days for returns
- Refunds are processed within 14 days
- The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. To do so, write to us at info@velinamoda.com and include your order number. If the package has not been shipped yet, we will cancel it without any problem. If it is already on its way, our standard return policy will apply.
Return or Exchange Procedure
You have the right to return or exchange any product within 30 days of delivery, without needing to justify the reason.
Before returning a product, make sure the following conditions are met:
- The items must not show signs of use or washing
- The tags must be intact
- Preferably, products should be returned in their original packaging
In summary: you may try on the product, but not wear it for several days before returning it.
Refund
Once the return is received (we recommend sending it with a tracking number), we will inspect the condition of the product. If it is in good condition, you will receive a confirmation email, and we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days after approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
Did your product arrive damaged or different from what you ordered (for example, a different model, size, or color)? Don’t worry!
Take a photo, have your order number ready, and briefly describe the issue by writing to info@velinamoda.com. In most cases, we will send you the correct product completely free of charge.

IMPORTANT NOTE: For returned, rejected, or abandoned orders, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing and handling costs.
