When can I expect my order?

At Velinamoda, we ship products directly from our suppliers to help keep prices low. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 4–6 business days within Spain.

The estimated delivery date has passed. What should I do?

Most orders arrive on time. However, occasional delays may occur. If more than 3 days have passed since the estimated delivery date, please contact us at info@velinamoda.com and we will assist you promptly.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We provide a secure SSL-encrypted checkout with the following payment options:

A part of my order is missing. Where is it?

Some orders may arrive in separate packages due to weight differences or different suppliers. If you ordered multiple items, it is normal for them to be delivered at different times. The remaining items usually arrive 1–3 business days after the first package.

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

We’re sorry about that. If your package arrives damaged:

— Take clear photos of the damage
— Email us at info@velinamoda.com and attach the photos
— Wait for our response before returning anything

Important: we cannot process damage claims without photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible with an appropriate solution.

I ordered the wrong item, it doesn’t fit, or I changed my mind. Can I return it?

Yes. Please contact our support team first at info@velinamoda.com. In most cases, you will only need to cover the return shipping costs. We will guide you through the next steps.
