Shipping Costs

At Velinamoda, shipping within Spain is completely free, regardless of the order value. Your products will be delivered directly to the address you provide, with no additional cost.

Preparation & Shipping

Found something you love? We want you to receive it as soon as possible! Each order is processed with care and efficiency.

Here is how the standard process works:

  • After placing your order, we need 1 to 2 business days to prepare it — sometimes even less. During weekends or holidays, slight delays may occur.
  • Once prepared, the package is shipped. The average delivery time is 4 to 6 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package. You can also check our tracking page for more details.

Already received your package?

We hope you love your purchase! If something doesn’t fit or you would like to return an item, please visit our returns page for more information.

Did the product arrive damaged?

We’re very sorry! Occasionally, items can be damaged during transport. In such cases, we will send you a free replacement. If the problem happens again, we will issue a full refund.

How to place an order on Velinamoda

Shopping on Velinamoda is very simple:

  • Go to the product page and click “Add to cart”.
  • Select the correct size or color and click “Checkout”.
  • Enter your address and make sure the details are correct, then click “Next – Shipping”.
  • You will see an order summary confirming free shipping. Click “Next – Payment”.

Select your preferred payment method and click “Place order”. You will be redirected to a secure page to complete your payment. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Haven’t received your order?

If your package is lost or not delivered due to logistical issues, we will send a new one completely free of charge. If after 60 days the order still hasn’t arrived, we will refund the full amount.
